Breast screening
The Ministry of Public Health recommends a mammography screening of the breasts every 3 years to increase the chance of early detection and treatment.
Accurate reading of a mammogram depends on the training and experience of the radiologists and technologists performing it, as well as on having the most advanced mammography equipment.
We use the latest digital mammography equipment, and we have a network of top women’s imaging specialists to provide the highest-quality care for you.
Bowel screening
The Ministry of Public Health recommends bowel screening for women and men aged 50 to 74 every two years. Regular bowel screening increases the possibility of catching bowel cancer early, when treatment can ensure the best possible outcomes.
PHCC provides information and scheduling to the public to encourage adoption of healthy behavior (including regular screening) and to guide patients on any questions about their Fecal Immunochemical Test (FIT), such as how to obtain the kit, submit samples and follow up on results.
